• Crider’s Frio River Resort
  Philip Rodriguez and his company JR Construction has been instrumental on all of our projects starting back in 2006. Philip has worked in step with us ensuring our projects come in on time and he is reasonably priced. Philip has assisted us with 5 cabins, four of which has 3 bedrooms 1.5 baths and one that is 4 bedrooms, 2 baths and our 3300 square foot home. Philip provided fill material for the pads and several of the septic tanks. Most recently, Philip assisted us with our recreational area, specifically materials for our sand volleyball court (less the sand). Philip is always able to obtain the materials we need and do it timely. We feel like we are working with a true partner when he is working with us on our projects.

• Valley Vista, Barry Black and Tom Kirkpatrick
  Between 2006 and 2008, Philip Rodriguez and his crew at JR Construction did the clearing of the right of ways and the road prep for 3.2 miles of roads at Valley Vista, located off of 83 in Uvalde County. He saved us thousands of dollars by locating the fill for the roads on our property. They hauled over 1,000 loads of caliche from the site. He trenched the ditches for the underground utilities. We appreciate his timely work and he is an extremely accommodating man to work with!
